Twelve original posts means twelve distinct pieces, adapted for the selected channels—not twenty-four different posts. We work in your existing website, social, and email systems.

Local SEO for therapists
Choose the separate $495 first-month option for one website and primary location: up to ten query intents, a Search Console baseline and sitemap check, two existing-page updates up to 1,000 words each, and review of one existing eligible Business Profile. Includes kickoff, one revision, and a report.
Website-only work is available without an eligible profile. Social and email are excluded from this option.

- 1. Choose the focus. Share public links, your priority services, actual service area, existing channels, and target month. We confirm fit, deliverables, access, and review dates in writing.
- 2. Supply the facts. Provide approved service descriptions, brand assets, clinician bios, contact instructions, and an existing email audience that has agreed to receive your updates. Choose one person to collect feedback.
- 3. Review the batch. We draft; your reviewer verifies practice facts and consolidates one revision. Your clinical reviewer approves any clinical statements. Draft and publishing dates depend on receiving the agreed material and feedback.
- 4. Approve publication. We publish or schedule the approved work in the agreed existing systems and report on what was delivered and the available performance data.

Questions before you start
Do you offer SEO for therapists?
Yes. Basic topic research and on-page SEO for the two written pieces are included in the content package. If your priority is improving existing service pages and understanding search visibility, choose the separately scoped local SEO option. The two packages are alternatives, not a combined $495 service.
Does social media management include replies or advertising?
Our scope is content creation, design using supplied assets, and approved publishing or scheduling on up to two existing platforms. Your team handles comments, direct messages, appointment inquiries, and clinical questions. Paid advertising, ad spend, filming, and daily community management are outside this package.
Can you write for a solo therapist or a group practice?
Either can fit when the work can be kept to one agreed monthly batch and one person consolidates feedback. Share the services and audience you want to prioritize. A large roster, multiple locations, or a full website rewrite may need a different scope.
Who checks the practice information?
Your designated reviewer confirms services, clinician credentials, fees, availability, service areas, and contact instructions. A qualified clinician at your practice reviews any clinical content. We publish only after your approval; Elaren provides marketing support, not clinical review or care.
How soon will this produce inquiries?
We do not promise a date or number of inquiries, search positions, or AI citations. Month one produces the agreed content and a report. We review available search and engagement data separately from actual inquiries received by your practice.
