What Does Content and Social Marketing Cost for a Small Organization?
A plain-language guide to Elaren Studio's first-month content and social marketing package, what it includes, and when the alternative local SEO option is a better fit.
If you run a small business or nonprofit, “marketing support” can describe anything from a single article to a full advertising program. The useful question is narrower: what recurring publishing work do you need, and who will approve it?
The short answer
Elaren Studio’s introductory content and social publishing package is $495 for the first month for the first two new marketing clients total across both package options. If you continue, the rate is $750 per month, held for six months. There is no setup fee, the engagement is month to month, and payment is due in advance after written scope.
That price describes our package, not a claim about the wider market. A fit conversation comes before any work.
What the package includes
The first month includes:
- Two articles or substantial updates to existing pages, up to 1,000 words each.
- Twelve original social posts adapted across up to two platforms you already use.
- One email campaign or newsletter, up to 500 words.
- Design using supplied brand assets or photos, plus publishing or scheduling in approved existing accounts.
- Topic and intent research and basic on-page SEO for the selected pages.
- One 30-minute kickoff, one consolidated revision, and a concise report.
This is a batch with a defined review path. It does not include filming, paid ads or ad spend, daily direct-message or comment support, technical SEO campaigns, site rebuilds, new tools, or guaranteed rankings, leads, sales, or AI citations.
When this is a good fit
It can fit an Arlington or DFW service business with a clear offer, an existing website, and two channels that already have owners and access. It can also fit a nonprofit or arts organization with an upcoming program, public dates, approved facts, and a person who can consolidate feedback.
For example, a hypothetical neighborhood arts group might use two program pages, twelve event reminders adapted for Instagram and LinkedIn, and one member email. That is an illustration of how the pieces can connect; it is not a client result or registration forecast.
When local SEO is the better choice
Choose the separate local SEO alternative when the immediate problem is one business website and primary location and local-search fundamentals. That option uses the same $495 introductory month and $750 monthly rate, with a different scope: a keyword-intent map of up to 10 terms, a Search Console baseline and sitemap check, two existing service-page updates up to 1,000 words each, and a review of one existing eligible Google Business Profile with proposed changes for the owner to approve before publishing. It does not include social or email work.
If you have no eligible profile or operate only online, the review focuses on the website instead. There is no citation mass cleanup, link building, rebuild, or paid SEO-tool spend.
Questions to answer before buying
Can you name the audience, one campaign goal, and a target month? Do you have approved source material and supplied assets? Who can approve one consolidated revision? Which existing accounts may be used for publishing? If those answers are unclear, start with the preparation guide before requesting a scope check.
